sleepy head ( - . - )


actually aku perasan masalah paling besar masa aku study is mengantuk..so,tdi aku da search macam mana nak elakkan mengantuk...

1. jangan minum susu (terutamanya warm milk)...milk contains tryptophan, a precursor to serotonin which is a neurotransmitter that stimulates the sleep centre..


2. makan snack - snack actually can fight off mental fatigue (+ glucose)...recommended healthy snacks are:

       -yogurt
       -fruits
       -chopped raw veggies ( mmg aku takkan mkn la yg ni..hahaha ! )

3. take a cold shower - the coldness will jolt your system....


4. buat something yang relaxing tetapi still menggunakan otak - example : crosswords, sudoku, maen PS2


5. update blog - :D
